1.1 Download and fill-out the Student Application Form

1.2 Submit the following for evaluation to pcu.online.program@gmail.com
    a. accomplished Student Application Form
    b. Copy of Transcript of Records

1.3 Wait within five (5) days to receive your course mapping.

1.4 Fill-out the Academic Enrollment Form in accordance with your course mapping.
