BSA Enrollment Procedures

Step 1


For new students (Item 1.1 – 1.4); For old students (Item 1.4 only)

1.1 Download and fill-out the Student Application Form

1.2 Submit the following for evaluation to
    a. accomplished Student Application Form
    b. Copy of Transcript of Records

1.3 Wait within five (5) days to receive your course mapping.

1.4 Fill-out the Academic Enrollment Form in accordance with your course mapping.

2.1 Pay your tuition and other fees thru the following modes:

3.1 Download the “CERTS Educ Online – PCU” app applicable to your device.

3.2 Your login credentials will be sent to your email address.
